What is Twin Hearts?
Twin Hearts is a twin pregnancy and baby tracking app for iPhone and Android. It combines week-by-week twin pregnancy content, illustrative 3D twins, appointments, scan memories and an AI companion. After birth, it helps you track feeds, nappies, sleep and growth separately for each baby. Linked parents can share records and plan night shifts together.
Does Twin Hearts cover postpartum, not just pregnancy?
Yes. Twin Hearts covers your twin pregnancy and continues through postpartum life. When you record your babies’ arrival, the app switches to feeds, nappies, sleep, shared night plans, recovery and baby milestones, tracked for each baby through your twins' first year. You can still look back at your pregnancy any time.
Can I use it while a baby is in hospital?
Yes. You can record each baby as at home, on the maternity ward or in neonatal care, add the unit's name and say who stays with them at night. You and your linked partner can log feeds, including who gave a bottle. These are the records you enter together; your care team continues to guide your babies' care.
Which twin types does it support?
You can set your pregnancy to DCDA (di/di), MCDA (mo/di) or MCMA (mo/mo), or leave it unknown until your care team confirms it. Your week-by-week content reflects your twin type. Your own team’s care plan always comes first.
Can I use it without a partner?
Yes. You can use Twin Hearts on your own. Partner linking is there if you want to share the journey, using separate accounts connected by an invite code.
What does my partner see?
Your linked partner can access shared pregnancy and baby care records, appointments, notes and tasks. Wearable insights are optional and have their own partner-sharing setting. Read the privacy policy for how information is stored and used.
Is the AI companion a midwife?
No. It’s an AI companion for information and practical help inside the app. It can make mistakes and cannot diagnose, monitor your babies or replace your midwife or medical team. Contact your care team directly about symptoms or concerns.
Will I see ads on the free plan?
No. Twin Hearts has no ads on any plan, including Free. You do not need to upgrade to remove advertising.
Does my partner need a separate Premium subscription?
No. One Premium subscription includes Premium access for you and your linked partner, using your own accounts. Twin Hearts also has a free tier, so you can get started before deciding to upgrade.
How do I get the app?
